1. General Policy
I acknowledge that I have been given the full opportunity to ask any questions about getting a permanent tattoo/piercing answers to which have been provided to my complete satisfaction. I have also been informed about any risks involved due to some critical health conditions for getting a tattoo/piercing and been advised to take all the necessary precautions for the same.

In consideration of receiving a permanent tattoo/piercing from Trippink Tattoos, I agree to the following:

(1). I am not a hemophilic (bleeder) or have a keloidal disorder. I am not suffering from diabetes, epilepsy, hepatitis, HIV (AIDS) or any other communicable disease. I am not the recipient of an organ or bone marrow transplant or, if I am, I have taken the prescribed preventative regimen of antibiotics that is required by my doctor in advance of any invasive procedure such as tattooing or piercing.

(2). I am not under the influence of alcohol or any narcotic substances at the time of getting my tattoo/piercing.

(3). I have truthfully represented my legal age to be above eighteen (18) years old to the members of Trippink Tattoos, and have provided valid proof of age and identification.

(4). I understand that it is not reasonably possible for the representatives at Trippink Tattoos to determine whether I might have an allergic reaction to the pigments or the process used in my tattoo/piercing, and I agree to accept the risk and consequences, should such a reaction occur.

(5). I agree that infection is possible as a result of obtaining a tattoo/piercing, particularly in the event that I do not take proper care of my tattoo/piercing. I agree to follow all the aftercare instructions properly to prevent the same, and should any infection be contracted by me due to my own negligence, all care and treatments thereafter will be done at my own expense.

(6). I understand that variations in colour and design may exist between the tattoo art I have selected and the actual tattoo when it is applied to my body due to skin complexion and body structure. I also understand that over time, the colours and the clarity of my tattoo will fade due to unprotected exposure to the sun and the naturally occurring dispersion of pigment under the skin.

(7). I agree that any touch-up work on the tattoo/redoing the piercing after two months from the date of tattooing will be done at my own expense. Finger tattoos or any other tattoo on bony/skinny areas are strongly discouraged by our artists and will not be covered in the above mentioned guarantee period of 2 months.

(8). Trippink is not responsible for the meaning or spelling of the symbol or text that I have provided to them or chosen from the flash (design) sheets.

(9). I release the right to any photographs taken of me and the tattoo/piercing and give consent in advance to their reproduction in print or electronic form. (For assurance, if you do not initial this provision, please inform Trippink not to take any pictures of you and your completed tattoo/piercing).

(10). I agree that Trippink has a no refund policy on tattoos, piercing and/or retail sales.

In case of any unforeseen consequences which may occur due to misleading or hidden critical information about my health and history, I agree to never hold Trippink Tattoos or any of its representatives to be responsible in any which way. I also agree to release and forever discharge Trippink Tattoos and its employees from any claims, damages, and legal actions arising from or connected in any way with my tattoo/piercing procedure.

I HAVE READ THE AGREEMENT, I UNDERSTAND IT, AND I AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT.
2. Booking Terms
Booking a session is free. There is no charge to schedule a consultation with us.

The cost of the tattoo is separate and is discussed based on design size, placement, and complexity.

Bookings can be made through our website or by direct contact via WhatsApp.

Consultation with our tattoo artist is completely free of charge. However for booking a confirmed tattoo appointment, an advance of 5000/- + GST will be accepted as a token advance, which will be adjusted at the time of final payment after completion of the tattoo at the studio.
3. Offer Eligibility Based on Tattoo Type
Flat 50% OFF on all custom tattoo designs created by our tattoo artists. The tattoo size/area should be above 50 square inches.
If an offer applies exclusively to custom tattoos, this will be stated clearly in the promotion.
4. What “Custom Tattoo” Means
custom tattoo designs are created by our tattoo artists. The tattoo size/area should be above 50 square inches.
5. Agreement
By booking a session with Trippink Tattoos, you:
